Great service, quick communications. I had a squirrel in my roof that chewed up wood, wires, and ate a hole through my bathroom ceiling. Absolute responed within an hour to my email, and sent someone out within 24 hours. They found the small hole on the roof where the squirrel gained access, sealed it with metal fencing, laid some traps and caught the squirrel a few days later, who was trying to find its way back in. Relocated the squirrel 5km away in a park. I learned a lot from the pest control guy as well. I would recommend to anyone with pest issues. Pricing was a bit lower than I expected, given they came 3 times (once to assess access point and lay traps, another to seal up access point on the roof when the weather wasnt hazardous, and last trip to retrieve traps). ~ Rick L

I’m extremely happy with the service from Absolute, because of Abdullah. I had already done a rodent treatment/trap setup with another company, but I kept on seeing mice. Abdullah, the service technician, came to my medium-sized house in Surrey and did a very detailed inspection. He spent a lot of time checking everything and showed me areas that needed sealing which the other company (I won’t name them) never mentioned. After following his advice on sealing the holes and moving the traps I already had, I noticed a big drop in mouse activity. By far one of the best pest control companies I’ve dealt with, they truly care about their clients. If you ever need an inspection done, definitely ask for Abdullah. ~ Hariom S

Found a bat in my home late in the evening..I called a few so called 24 hour pest control specialists, but they said they'd come in the morning. It was in my bedroom so I needed it out ASAP. Thankfully, Absolute Pest Solutions had no problem dispatching 2 technicians to my home and they humanely caught the bat, and said they would release it back to the wild away from the residential area. They were prompt, professional, and most importantly, they got the job done!! I'm so happy that they took my call and were able to come when I needed them. I would highly recommend Absolute Pest Solutions to get rid of those nasty pests. I heard a rodent trying to knaw at my foundation and I called immediately. A very nice employee came out and set the traps and feeding stations. I purchased the pkg for 4 return visits and each time it was the same employee who spent quite a bit of time checking and refilling the stations. One time there were a few bites taken out of a feeding station but none since. I feel so much better knowing that over the 8 weeks it seems that the rodent is now gone. I was getting crazy qoutes from other people saying I needed this super long and (out of my budget) treatement. Absolute send someone that checked the crawle space and the attick and said my problem is not that big, seriously! I called for a mouse problem at my Langely town-house. Abdullah, if you are reading this, u are a shining star. He totaly saved me So much money, honestly. He gave great advise on sealing these 3 holes he found. My son had arranged for your expert Abdullah to attend our home to treat the interior and exterior for a significant mud wasp issue, specific to them nesting inside our windows. For several days prior to the appointment, the weather became colder and on the evening prior to the appointment, we noted that the wasp issue had disappeared, likely due to the weather. Abdullah indicated that he would still come out to ascertain where the issues remain and recommended that for now, that we should cover the windows vent holes, to kill the wasps within and indicated that he would email literature to assist in resolving our issues through the Fall and Winter. We are very impressed with the service provided. Abdullah could have treated our property and charged us, but his ethics and honesty came through and he is very much appreciated. In the Spring, we will definitely be using Absolute Pest to resolve our insect issues. They have proven their integrity in their business practices. ~ Ian S

I had a wasp nest in Vancouver and Abdullah came to deal with it. He even let me know ahead of time when he was on his way and what time he’d arrive, which I really appreciated. Once here, he spent quite some time to do it properly, using three different chemicals/materials to make sure the nest was fully gone. literally so glad i called absolute pest solutions... had those big black carpenter ants crawling out of the bathroom cabinets and i was freaking out lol. the guy came out the same day and found where they were coming in from the crawlspace. really fair price and he didn't try to upsell me on stuff i didn't need. haven't seen one since!! definitely worth the call if ur dealing with pests. ~ sachin d

They provide good service for a cockroach issue. They do very thorough job and use a combination of a spray treatment and poison gel bait around the house. They use gel bait to get to the source of the problem. Definitely a professional team that knows what they’re doing. ~ Fayaz S
